Please Note: The Armory Youth Project (AYP) and Ramsdell Regional Center for the Arts (RRCA) assume no responsibility for loss or damage caused to or by exhibitors. I understand that AYP and RRCA are only renting space to me to display my goods and assume no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that I may suffer because of crowded conditions, persons who visit the show, or acts of God. I also certify that all items to be exhibited are original works, and I will abide by the rules. No vendor’s dogs are allowed in or around booths. Exhibitors are responsible for their liability insurance. Initial Below.

The booth size is 12’ by 12’. Spaces may not be shared and are not transferable. Only one vendor per booth.

BOOTH FEE:
• EARLY BIRD SPECIAL $150.00 per booth if submitted by February 28, 2025
• $175.00 per booth March 1 – June 1, 2025

Each exhibitor is responsible for their own Michigan sales tax and must have a Michigan sales tax license.

LOAD IN/OUT ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE FOR A $25 FEE EACH. Pull up is not guaranteed. Come prepared to move supplies from the road, across the grass to your site. NO driving on the grass.
