Join Lindsay, a mindful movement and meditation instructor, for a thirty minute reset on Thursdays from 3:30pm-4pm in October. We will touch on all four pillars by tuning into our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual states. This reset provides our nervous systems with an opportunity to check in and recenter our focus. You will feel improvement in all areas after attending this short session.
Each session will start with five minutes of meditation to check in with ourselves, followed by a breathing technique, then 15 minutes of various postures for balance, stretch and strength, ending with a scripture of the day.
All participants must have an updated Youth Registration and Waiver Form on file.
